1. General Shipping Information We ship throughout the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse located in Cambridge, England.
2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer – we'll keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow:

5. Shipping Carriers We ship via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
6. Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions in line with UK carrier regulations.
7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.
